Villa Mon Repos overlooks the coastline, offering breathtaking views that stretch from the turquoise waters near Isola Bella all the way to Mount Etna. Few venues in Sicily allow you to experience sea, sky, and volcano in a single glance, which makes the setting truly unforgettable.​ Stefanie and Jeffrey first discovered this extraordinary location during a trip to Sicily the year before their wedding, and from that moment on, they knew it was where they wanted to say their vows.

Stefanie envisioned a design that would enhance the refined character of the villa while embracing the vibrant spirit of Sicily. The resulting color palette was bold yet harmonious, inspired directly by the landscape around them. Shades of yellow echoed the warmth of the Sicilian sun, while rich tones of orange and bordeaux reflected the glow of sunset—the very moment when the ceremony took place. Soft touches of azure completed the palette, referencing both the Mediterranean Sea and the striking topaz centerpiece of Stefanie’s engagement ring.

The celebration itself was intentionally intimate, with only close family members and dearest friends in attendance. Held in late May, the day was blessed with ideal weather, allowing guests to enjoy an open-air dinner beneath twinkling lights. The evening felt relaxed and joyful, with everyone free to celebrate at their own pace—dancing, laughing, and even taking an impromptu dip in the pool.
